Congratulations to Mrs Nichii Mardon on her appointment as the new Director of Catholic Education for the Diocese of Port Pirie.

Nichii is currently the Principal of Caritas College, Port Augusta.

Nichii is a parishioner of All Saints Catholic Parish and is very engaged in activities associated with the Diocese of Port Pirie and SA Catholic Schools Commission.

She has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Education, and is currently studying in the Advanced Leadership Program at the National Excellence in School Leadership Institute. She has also completed the Rural and Remote Leadership Program and is a graduate of the Queensland Educational Institute Course in Intensive Leadership.

Nichii brings to the role a passion for education and a commitment to providing a comprehensive learning experience for every child.

Nichii will follow in the footsteps of Brenda Keenan, who will continue in the role of Director until  the end of this year. We wish Brenda every blessing for the work she will undertake in collaboration with the Sisters of the Good Samaritan in Kiribati.

Nichii will commence as Director on January 15 2018.
